MY STORY
THE BRAND
My name is Kiana Kona and I am the owner of KKONA LLC. I specialize in making handmade jewlery out of cedar harvested from the Pacific Northwest. I focus on using sustainable and unique matierals like different seashells from around the world and tanned salmon skin leather weaved into my cedar pieces.
I origionally grew up in the Columbia River Gorge in the small town of White Salmon, WA. In 2021 I moved to the Tulalip Reservation to connect with my culture. I did just that by attending a basket weaving class at the Hibulb Cultural Center where I quickly picked up on weaving. I have been an artist all my life but I wasn't truely passionate about my artistry until I touched cedar.
You can find KKONA jewelry for sale at different museums and gift shops. You can also stay informed with my vendor schedule on Instagram for in-person shopping.
